Mission: We are a bilingual trusted advocate on healthy active living as we age.
Vision: Our vision is a healthy, active future for older adults in Canada.

Our Strategic Plan 2030 includes three broad strategic goals that will guide our work from 2026 to 2030:

• Be the trusted voice on healthy, active living as we age
• Improve the lives of members and insurance plan participants
• Broaden membership and insurance participation

With these guiding principles, we will create meaningful impact and foster a stronger, healthier community for older adults across Canada.
